Natalie is a British citizen. In the UK, she worked for fashion giant retailer New Look, quickly ascending the management chain from the role of supervisor to the role of floor manager within the company Whilst in this post, Natalie recruited, trained, and managed over 100 staff, implementing innovative ideas in store to increase store sales and profitability. She assisted management in business plans and staff training to reach the five million increases in turnover from the smaller store of 10,000 square foot to the new 20,000 square foot store totalling a turnover of 10.5 million. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Film Studies from the University of Northumbria, Newcastle, UK. She therefore brings academic knowledge, and excellent practical, research, analytical and presentation skills to her current role of Project Manager within SwiftSync Consulting and is currently managing and coordinating the development of all the company’s projects. She is currently heading a project with Abuja Investment Company Limited, implementing an e-revenue management solution to transform revenue generation of the Abuja markets
